ORDERS

Is your website secure when I place an order?
Yes!  We use High-grade (AES-128 128bit) Encryption so you can rest assured that your information is secure.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders made before 2PM PST should be processed and mailed out the same business day, otherwise orders will be processed and mailed out the next business day.  Orders may be delayed by unforeseen difficulties, the holiday season or out of stock items, but we will do everything possible to meet our shipping guidelines.

Am I able to use more than one promo code per order?
Unfortunately at this time user's are only able to use one promo code per order.

Can I pick up my order from your facility?

Unfortunately we’re in a closed office so pick up will not be allowed.  That being said, if you are local to our facility you will be able to choose standard Ground Shipping on your order and you will most likely receive it in one to two business days.

SHIPPING

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes!  We also ship products to our Canadian customers on a daily basis.

What Shipping courier do you use and what are the cost(s)?
We use UPS to ship all of our orders.  The cost is automatically determined by the location it’s being delivered to as well as the weight of the item(s) and the shipping method (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.)  If you’d like to figure out the shipping cost of your order simply add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart and click “Checkout Now”.  This will take you to the “Shipping Options” step where you will be able to place the order or simply click the “Back” arrow in your browser if you’d prefer not to place the order.

How do I track my order after it’s been processed?
You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships.  You’re also welcome to contact our Customer Service Department directly at 1.800.470-4495 (press option “2”) to track your order.

Do you have any physical retail stores where I can find your products?
For your convenience all of our products are sold through our Online Store but some of our products can be found at Fry’s Electronics as well as Micro Center Retail Stores.

Where are products shipped from?
Products are shipped daily (Monday – Friday) from our facility in sunny Ontario, California.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Unfortunately at this time we're unable to ship orders to APO and FPO address.  We're sorry for any inconvenience this may bring you.

BILLING

Do you charge sales tax?
Unless otherwise noted (during special sales and/or promotions) a 8.75% sales tax is charged to all orders shipped to California.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.

My card was charged but my order was declined.  What happened?
If you tried to place an order and received a decline it means your card was never charged by our credit card processing company.  Please contact your bank for further assistance.

When will my order be charged?
Orders are charged as soon as they are submitted to avoid any delays once the order has been processed.

My order was declined because of an “AVS” mismatch.  What does this mean?
AVS stands for “Address Verification System”, which is used to determine if the billing address is correct.  If the billing address on your credit card does not match the address you signed up the credit card with you may receive this error.  To prevent this please contact your credit card company and have them add the address to your card.
