| FAQs Q: What operating systems are supported? A: The Remote Laser Pointer Mouse is supported by: Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP; Mac OS 8.6, Mac OS 9.x, and Mac OS 10.1.5 or higher. Q: Do I need any drivers for the Remote Laser Pointer Mouse? A: No. The unit does not require drivers for the supported operating systems. Q: How do I reset (change ID of) the Remote Laser Pointer Mouse? A: To change the ID, the receiver must be connected to a USB port. Press the F-Key (white) and Mouse Scroll wheel in (black wheel on the top right side) together until the F-Key flashes green rapidly. Then, using a paperclip, press the ID button on the receiver. To get the RF receiver to save the new ID, press the Mouse Scroll Wheel in. Q: My Remote Laser Pointer Mouse lost the connection with the USB receiver, how can I get the connection back? A: You have to reset the Remote Laser Pointer Mouse. Simutaneously press the small orange button and the larger clear button for three (3) seconds. If that does not correct the problem, remove the battery for 10 seconds and then replace it. |
