Q: What medias does the MultiMedia Viewer support?
A: The MultiMedia Viewer supports Compact Flash Type I & II, IBM Microdrive, and SmartMedia cards.

Q: When I press the "Play" button, the light on the MMV blinks continuously and no sound comes out?
A: The audio file is not recognized by the MMV. Make sure it is an MP3 or MPEG file.

Q: What capacities are supported?
A: All of the supported medias support up to 128MB capacities. The Compact Flash card can be support up to 256MB in size.

Q: How do I use my AcomData memory card reader?
A: Once the drivers are installed ( refer to your users manual for detailed instructions how to install the drivers), the unit will function with similar to the Floppy Drive. You can copy, paste, or cut the files on the memory cards to any other storage device (hard drive, CDRW, DVD-R, other memory cards, floppy disks, ect.)

Q: Why would I need a memory card reader?
A: Our line of memory card readers have many functions useful for a variety of purposes. They can transfer your pictures from your digital camera at about 45 times faster than downloading them directly from the camera. Your can transfer MP3s between your computer and your memory card enabled MP3 player.
